Shawn graduated with a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990, and has been living
in the Atlanta area since 1994. He began his career in the real estate industry in 1998 at one of
Atlanta's most respected appraisal firms, joining Canton Street Mortgage as a mortgage consultant in 2001.
Shawn is committed to finding the right program for each individual client, regardless of how complicated or
challenging his or her situation may be. In addition to mainstream mortgages, Shawn specializes in loans for
investors, as well as self-employed and commissioned borrowers.
