Jan Wagner founded Canton Street Mortgage on the notion that personalized service is the key ingredient to a successful
business. She serves as both the company President and Broker.
As the president, Jan has grown the company to a top ten ranked Georgia Mortgage Brokerage Company. Canton Street Mortgage
employs some of the top mortgage consultants in the state and partners with leading professionals in the real estate market to
include a knowledgeable team of real estate agents, attorneys and appraisers.
As a broker, Jan provides essential support to her staff of Loan Officers and Processors. She continually educates her staff on market trends to make certain they are knowledgeable in all aspects of lending. With continual changes in the industry, this knowledge is vital in today?s lending environment.
Jan has been in the banking industry since 1988. Her experience includes; retail lending, retirement investing, financial and investment consulting, credit counseling, and mortgage lending. In 2008 Jan was appointed to the board of The Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers (GAMB). In 2009 she was voted Broker of the year in addition to being ranked as a Top Ten Loan Consultant in the state of Georgia since 2006. She also is one of a select few in the state of Georgia to hold a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
With significant experience in various aspects of the lending industry, Jan is well qualified to guide her clients in making sound financial decisions when it comes to the buying, selling and financing of their home.
Jan has called Roswell home for 38 years and is raising two sons that are current students at Roswell High School. Jan's commitment to her family, company, and community generates her desire to support community involvement through active participation in various charities, booster clubs, local schools, recreation departments and businesses within the community.
